After speaking with SunEdison management, Morosi reports that the equity component of its exchange offers may prove more dilutive than originally thought at potentially 20% dillution, compared to the 17% expected, but said that does not justify today's weakness. Morosi, who views SunEdison as stronger and better capitalized than it was a week ago, when its shares were trading above $5, keeps an Outperform rating and $7 price target on the stock.
