BMO Capital analyst Ryan Thompson downgraded Silvercorp Metals to Market Perform from Outperform with a price target of C$5.75, up from C$5.50. The analyst, who still views the company as a "high quality, low cost, consistent operator," says the downgrade is merely a valuation call. He thinks Silvercorp's share price run has outpaced its net present value leverage. As such, Thompson views the risk/reward as more balanced at current levels.
