Citi analyst Michael Rollins upgraded Switch to Buy with an unchanged price target of $16. The analyst sees a more favorable risk/reward at current share levels given the underlying value of the company's core campus and its opportunities to improve growth from new market development. The analyst believes the value of Switch's Core Campus is underappreciated before considering future growth opportunities from expansion markets as well as additional growth opportunities within the Las Vegas market itself.
