After Skyworks (SWKS) agreed to buy PMC-Sierra (PMCS) for about $2B, DA Davidson thinks that the combined company could generate fiscal 2017 EPS of about $7.80. The firm adds that PMC-Sierra diversifies Skyworks' products and enables it to access the storage market. It reiterates a $125 price target and Buy rating on Skyworks.
