UBS analyst Aga Zmigrodzka upgraded Southwest Gas to Buy and raised her price target for the shares to $97 from $85. The analyst believes consensus estimates for the company are too conservative and not reflecting the positive impact of the Arizona rate case. She estimates annual earnings growth of 6.5% for 2017-2019 , above the consensus of 3.4%. Southwest Gas's earnings growth is not priced into the shares, Zmigrodzka contends.
