Wells Fargo analyst Sarah Akers started Southwest Gas with a Market Perform rating and a $83 price target, to reflect valuation. The analyst is attracted to the company's gas utility growth story, and would look to get more constructive on shares on relative pullbacks and/or if upside EPS drivers materialize at the gas utility or construction segments.
