Citigroup upgraded SunCoke Energy Partners to Buy citing the recent pullback in shares and keeps a $26 price target for the name. Citi points out the company is protected by long-term take-or-pay contracts with all its customers. It believes the company has "much greater" earnings visibility than the current valuation suggests.
