As noted earlier, BMO Capital downgraded Sunoco Logistics (SXL) to Market Perform from Outperform. Analyst Danilo Juvane says that Sunoco's acquisition of Energy Transfer Partners (ETP) fails to address the difficulties caused by Sunoco's capital spending. Target to $26 from $35.
