Jefferies analyst Christopher Sighinolfi upgraded Sunoco Logistics (SXL) to Buy saying the risk/reward has shifted in the company's favor following the agreement to acquire Energy Transfer Partners (ETP). The analyst has a $27 price target for the shares.
