Morgan Stanley analyst Keith Weiss upgraded Symantec to Overweight and increased its price target to $26 from $24 on shares. Weiss said Symantec is a major beneficiary of the stable consumer security market and sees abating headwinds and new products adding to significant catalysts that are not reflected in valuation.
