After Symantec agreed to buy Blue Coat, RBC Capital says the deal gives Symantec "attractive" strategic and financial synergies. The firm thinks that Symantec's fiscal 2018 revenue target could be conservative. It keeps a $23 price target and Outperform rating on the shares.
