Dougherty analyst Charles Anderson said Samasung has entered into a commercial license with Precise Biometrics to license mobile fingerprint recognition technology, which he thinks is a clear indication Samsung is looking to develop fingerprint sensor technology in-house. The firm's analyst said the news raises the risk profile around Synaptic's (SYNA) business with Samsung, which accounts for 20% of sales and $2 in earnings per a share.
