SunTrust analyst Jake Bartlett lowered his price target on Carrols Restaurant to $9 after its Q4 earnings miss, with the quarter also showing restaurant margins far below his target and the company announcing a sharp slowing in new store developments and acquisitions. The analyst still keeps his Buy rating on the stock however, stating that the new target allows the management to focus on improving operations, noting that the update represents more of a "pause" on growth.
