As previously reported, TD Securities downgraded TransAtlantic Petroleum to Hold from Buy. Analyst Shahin Amini assumed coverage on shares and changed his rating to Hold on near-term funding uncertainty. Amini is no longer ascribing a value to the company's Albanian operations and assumes the company will not achieve a near-term sale or secure a JV partnership that could facilitate a restructuring of the unit. The analyst is modeling a more constrained 2016 growth profile with lower oil prices and debt repayment obligations restricting capital investments.
