Craig-Hallum analyst Eric Des Lauriers initiated coverage of Trulieve Cannabis with a Buy rating and $20 price target. In a research note to investors, Des Lauriers says Trulieve is leveraging its market dominance and leading profitability to aggressively expand both deeper into Florida and into new markets. The analyst says he is confident the company can integrate new expansion into similarly profitable operations thanks to an intense focus on data-driven operations and thinks an investment in Trulieve is an investment in self-funded, profitable growth rather than just in next year's profits.
