As previously reported, RBC Capital analyst TJ Schultz upgraded TC PipeLines (TCP) to Outperform from Sector Perform on the potential for better clarity from TransCanada (TRP) on its use of the MLP. TC PipeLines units are pricing in the "status quo," but the possibility that TransCanada will outline a more aggressive dropdown plan leaves the risk/reward skewed to the upside, said Schultz, who raised his price target on the stock to $67 from $61.
