As previously reported, Morgan Stanley downgraded Container Store to Underweight from Equal Weight and lowered its price target to $5. Analyst Simeon Gutman said shares are trading at a premium to other home furnishing retailers and expects traffic to remain challenged given the difficult competitive environment.
