Baird analyst Peter Arment said TransDigm management tells him that the company does not own or control any distributors, which makes a key part of the negative thesis forwarded last week by Citron Research incorrect, in his view. Despite the fact that Q1 is TransDigm's seasonally weakest quarter, the fallout from Citron's attack provides an attractive entry point into the stock, said Arment, who has an Outperform rating and $310 price target on TransDigm shares.
