As previously reported, CLSA upgraded Tech Data (TECD) two notches to Buy from Underperform and raised its price target to $102 from $76. Analyst Louis Miscioscia said the acquisition of Avnet (AVT) will add $3.75 per share in operating income immediately and estimates a run rate of FY18 earnings post close of $9.25 per share, 50% higher than his previous estimates.
