DA Davidson analyst Thomas Diffely raised his price target on Teradyne to $72 after its Q4 earnings beat and above-consensus Q1 guidance, saying the recent Semi Test business surge reflects the increase in 5G-related infrastructure spending. The analyst warns however that this strength is overshadowing the continued headwinds in Industrial Automation, adding that the above 20-times forward earnings multiple and expectations of a "meaningful" dip in second-half revenue is keeping his rating at Neutral.
