Baird raised its price target on Tenet to $70 from $63 ahead of Q2 earnings as the firm contends the stock remains one of the most ACA levered stocks to own. Baird thinks hospitals can rerate over the next 6-8 months with material upside in the Medicaid expansion states and reiterated its Outperform rating on Tenet shares.
