UBS analyst Whit Mayo upgraded Tenet to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $53, up from $24. The analyst cites the company generating "real positive discretionary free cash flows", with a current adjusted multiple of 7-times being a "historical trough". Mayo adds that the Confier spin-off offers Tenet investors an "unprecedented optionality", as its 13- to 14-times valuation implies valuation for RemainCo at just 6-times.
