SunTrust analyst Michael Swartz writes that his Spring RV dealer survey indicates a sluggish start to the industry in 2019. The analyst also believes that retail catalysts remain "unlikely" before April and inventory rebalancing appears to have a "longer tail" than he anticipated, even though dealer sentiment is not suggesting a "material" erosion of confidence. Swartz maintains a Buy rating on Thor Industries (THO) and Winnebago (WGO) with respective $85 and $40 price targets but prefers the latter in "sluggish end market" conditions.
