Baird analyst Craig Kennison raised his price target for Thor Industries to $82 from $70 following the company's acquisition of Jayco. The analyst says that while the deal is dilutive to margin, he has assumed some margin synergies even though Jayco will operate independently within Thor's decentralized culture. Kennison reiterates a Neutral rating on Thor's shares.
