FBR Capital analyst Robert Balsamo initiated Transmontaigne Partners with an Outperform and $49 price target. The analyst expects Transmontaigne to announce an acceleration of its distribution growth due to the recent acquisition of its general partner by ArcLight Partners. TLP's attractive yield and low leverage position it well for acquisitions over coming years, Balsamo wrote.
