Morgan Stanley analyst Martijn Rats lowered the firm's price target on Total to EUR 47 from EUR 48 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. In a European Oil & Gas sector note, Rats noted that energy commodities are approaching the lows of 2016, and remain under pressure due to the outbreak of the coronavirus. Rats sees potential for a bounce, but not for a period of sustained outperformance.
