Canaccord analyst Bobby Burleson said the sharp pullback in Tutor Perini shares has provided an attractive entry point for investors. The analyst expects in-line earnings and sees an improving balance sheet and cash collection story. Longer term, the company's growing pipeline suggests a continuation of healthy backlog growth.
