MKM Partners analyst Daniel Scott maintained his Buy rating and $34 price target on Tutor Perini heading into Q3 earnings despite the 23% run in stock price since August 21. Scott expects more upside to reward investors amid a "multi-year bull market of prospects" from infrastructure legislation at state and local levels. He anticipates more bullish commentary from the company about its near-term prospects, and calls its FY18 earnings multiple "compelling" relative to its peer group.
