DA Davidson analyst Brent Thielman upgraded Tutor Perini to Buy from Neutral with a $22 price target on the heels of a ~30% pullback since its May 8 earnings report. In a research note to investors, Thielman says valuation has widened well beyond historical norms to its peer group, while visibility and backlog in its historically highest margin business is meaningful.
