BTIG analyst Carl Reichardt upgraded TRI Pointe to Neutral with a fair value of $15 saying Q3 orders of 36% significantly beat his estimate of 12%, with California up 66%. The analyst believes California can outperform for the next few quarters, making it unlikely TRI Pointe shares will underperform.
