Roth Capital analyst Philip Shen lowered his price target for TPI Composites to $28 from $34 and maintained a Buy rating following the company's "mostly healthy" Q2, which was overshadowed by the reduction of its 2020 guidance. In a research note to investors, Shen says he believes TPI Composites can eventually achieve its target model, but management needs to work to regain its credibility.
