Wedbush analyst Seth Basham said he would not be surprised if Tempur Sealy (TPX) and Mattress Firm (MFRM) come back to the negotiating table at some point in the future, given the mutually-destructive nature of contract termination. The analyst does not expect a "rekindling" of the relationship over the next two weeks, and sees more downside than upside for Tempur Sealy into the Q4 report on February 16. Basham rates Tempur Sealy a Neutral with a $45 price target.
