Wells Fargo views today's announcement from Trinity Industries regarding the Federal Highway Administration's passing of the ET Plus System crash tests as a positive. It notes the highway guardrail issue has been an overhang for the shares. Wells expects Trinity will now take the next steps in bringing production back up for the guardrails. It has an Outperform rating on the stock.
