As previously reported, Citi analyst James Naklicki upgraded Travelers to Buy from Neutral as he expects auto results to remain poor, but for development to rebound and the stock to recover. Travelers should also benefit from higher rates, as Naklicki expects the company to "drag its feet" on factoring in lower tax rates into pricing, the analyst tells investors. He raised his price target on Travelers shares to $130 from $119.
