UBS analyst Michael Lasser believes Tractor Supply's acquisition of Petsense will not have a material impact on its financials in the near-term but "plants a seed" for the future to gain a foothold in the specialty pet market. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on Tractor Supply shares, but lowered his assumption on its multiple to reflect macro challenges and susceptibility to weather and accordingly lowered his price target to $80 from $88.
