Credit Suisse analyst Edward Westlake downgraded Tesoro to Neutral saying the company's West Coast margins have underperformed despite strong vehicle miles traveled while the mid-con business faces narrower crude advantages. The analyst lowered his price target for the shares to $90 from $100.
