As previously reported, Morgan Stanley upgraded Tenaris to Overweight from Neutral and raised its price target to $42 from $32. Analyst Ole Slorer said the Trump victory will result in increased infrastructure spending and rising steel costs, a key driver of OCTG pricing, which bodes well for Tenaris.
