Barclays analyst J. David Anderson named Tenaris his top pick in U.S. Oilfield Services saying the company is underappreciated and "continues to play out as an accelerating earnings story." Tenaris received an unexpected boost from the Section 232 investigation and subsequent tariff negotiations, Anderson tells investors in a research note. He keeps an Overweight rating on the shares with a $46 price target.
