As previously reported, William Blair analyst Bhavan Suri initiated coverage of TTEC Holdings with an Outperform rating. The company is in the early innings of a shift away from labor-intensive customer service voice solutions to providing digital cloud-based omnichannel customer experience products, noted Suri, who believes the TTEC Digital business is underappreciated. Companies with similar growth rates and margin profiles to TTEC Digital are trading "multiple turns higher than what is implied in TTEC's current valuation," added the analyst, who sees this situation creating a strong set-up for a rerating of the unit.
