Wunderlich says its estimate suggest a "conservative" fair standalone value for Time Warner Cable (TWC) shares of $172. The firm notes its price $190 price target reflects a 60% probability of the Comcast (CMCSA) takeover being approved by regulators and closing. Wunderlich keeps a Buy rating on the stock.
