Deutsche Bank analyst Ross Sandler says shares of Twitter are approaching "value-internet territory" with the negative sentiment feeling a "bit extreme of late." He likes the set up for the shares following the company's Q4 results and keeps a Buy rating on the name. Ross lowered his price target for the shares to $25 from $40.
