BofA/Merrill analyst Justin Post said sentiment into Twitter's Q1 report is low due to limited Monthly Active Users growth, management churn, and strategic uncertainty, but Daily Active User growth should continue to improve in Q1. The analyst said management has set low expectations entering the quarter and could deliver some upside but expects this to fade in Q2 as tailwinds from the US election to fade, increased competitive pressure impacts pricing, and as experimental spend moves to Snap.
