Raymond James analyst Aaron Kessler believes investors will begin to view Twitter as a "mature" digital media company given its declining revenues, adding that prices for past deals for such companies implies a Twitter fair value of $7 to $12 per share. The analyst, who sees Twitter shares underperforming in the absence of a sale, keeps an Underperform rating on the stock.
