After Twitter reported higher than expected revenue and user growth, Stifel analyst Scott Devitt notes that the company's Q2 guidance came in below expectations while Twitter "admits it's at least several quarters away from potentially returning to ad revenue growth." The analyst does not expect M&A discussions to intensify until the stock drops significantly from current levels. He keeps a Sell rating on the shares.
