Macquarie upgraded the US Semiconductors sector to Positive from Cautious. The firm said the sector has underperform over the past 3 months due to softening end demand, inventory destocking, and reduced semi M&A. The firm sees risks to Q4 estimates, but believes future cuts will be smaller and Q4 could mark a trough in revenue growth rates. In addition to the sector change, Macquarie upgraded Texas Instruments to Outperform from Neutral.
