Jefferies analyst Andy Barish downgraded Texas Roadhouse to Underperform saying he's calling the top of the restaurant cycle. The industry has at least 18 months of challenges ahead in terms of softer same-store-sales and higher labor costs, Barish tells investors in a research note. He cut his price target for the shares to $37 from $39.
