Stifel analyst Chris O'Cull reiterated a Hold rating on Texas Roadhouse and cut his price target on the shares to $65 from $60 ahead of the company's quarterly results, saying he expects SRS to meet or exceed the current Wall Street estimate and would call out notable strength in fourth quarter MBGR results. The analyst said he expects investors will focus on gaining insights into the company's stance on an additional price increase in the spring, assuming traffic trends remained solid through the quarter, as well as additional beef contracts the company may have entered into to cut commodity cost volatility in 2020.
