After Textura (TXTR) announced that Northwater Capital Management provided a letter to the company recommending that the board explore strategic alternatives, including a sale, William Blair said it does not believe a sale of the company is imminent. The firm, however, provided a list of logical buyers, which included Oracle (ORCL), any large general contractors such as Turner or Fluor (FLR), as well as Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing companies. William Blair keeps an Outperform rating on Textura.

Oracle Chairman Larry Ellison said the company is moving its world headquarters to Nashville, Tennessee, Ashley Capoot of CNBC reports.
