Jefferies analyst Sheila Kahyaoglu added Textron to her firm's Franchise Pick list saying that while the company's 2017 was disappointing, the "ingredients are in place" for accelerating earnings growth in the medium term. Textron is also one of the first to benefit from the Trump Presidency, Kahyaoglu tells investors in a research note. The analyst thinks neither of the aforementioned are reflected in Textron's current valuation. Kahyaoglu keeps a Buy rating on the shares with a $60 price target.
