As previously reported, Morgan Stanley analyst Carlos De Alba downgraded Ternium to Equal Weight from Overweight following the unexpected results of the primaries in Argentina held yesterday. He believes the stock will decouple from its fundamental valuation as long as political and macro uncertainty continues in Ternium's two main markets of Mexico and Argentina, the analyst told investors. He removed and put under review his prior $27 price target on Ternium shares.
